Jakarta, 28 April 2020 - As a follow up to the donation of the CJ Indonesia Group in the fight against COVID-19 outbreak, the Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) has distributed 75,000 nutritious food packages to hospitals, public health centers (Puskesmas), as well as communities affected by the pandemic. The distribution of donation packages has reached 15 stages, started on April 14 to this day (April, 28). As many as 5,000 packages are distributed every day to different locations.
BKPM Spokesperson, Tina Talisa, said that these donations were given to those in need. "In these 15 days, BKPM has distributed 75,000 packages in the Greater Jakarta area, mostly to health facilities. 60,200 packages have been sent to COVID-19 referral hospitals and public health centers through the Regional Health Department," said Tina Talisa.
Meanwhile, as many as 14,800 packages were distributed to the Indonesian Two-Wheeled Action Association (Garda Indonesia) and small dealers.
The food packages distributed were part of CJ Indonesia's donation worth of IDR 4 billion in the form of medical equipments (rapid test kits and hand sanitizers), nutritious food and beverage products. Each package contains two pieces of Tous les Jours products and two boxes of milk.
For CJ Indonesia, Indonesia is the focus of South Korea to assist in handling the COVID-19. CJ Group expressed their sympathy with the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia, as the pandemic also happens in Korea.

CJ Indonesia Group is committed to provide 200,000 Tous les Jours and 200,000 milk, 1,000 liters of hand sanitizer, as well as 2,000 rapid test kits.
