CIRCULAR LETTER SECRETARY-GENERAL NUMBER 12 OF 2021 ABOUT TRANSFER OF BUSINESS LICENSING IMPLEMENTATION INTO RISK-BASED BUSINESS LICENSING IMPLEMENTATION THROUGH THE OSS SYSTEM
To carry out the transitioning process from business licensing implementation into Risk-Based Business Licensing Implementation through the OSS System in an effective and efficient manner, we conveyed the following matters:
- OSS System will continue to process the business licensing applications by Business Actors until the Risk-Based Business Licensing procedure is being implemented through the OSS System based on Government Regulation 5/2021 on 2 June 2021. The process of transitioning and system migration (cut off) will impact the OSS System so that it cannot be accessed on 1 June 2021.
- Business Actors are expected to accelerate the process of fulfilling commitments for their Ineffective Business Licenses and submitted to the OSS System no later than 25 May 2021, thus the Effective Business Licenses can be issued by the OSS System before 31 May 2021.
- For the fulfilment of commitments and applications for new business licenses by Business Actors submitted to the OSS System 25 May 2021 and Effective Business Licenses by the OSS System until 31 May 2021, the licenses then will be processed based on the Risk-Based Business Licensing procedure in accordance with the provisions stipulated in Government Regulation 5/2021 and BKPM Regulation 4/2021.
This Circular Letter comes into force on the date of stipulation, until the implementation of the Risk-Based Business Licensing procedure through the OSS System on 3 June 2021.
