BKPM Chairman Bahlil Lahadalia and President Director of Bank BNI Royke Tumilaar signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Investment Facilitation and Banking Services for Investors, today (15/2). The MoU enhances the ongoing partnership, adapting to the latest investment policy developments, including the integrated business licensing through Online Single Submission (OSS) system and the implementation of Job Creation Law (UU 11/2020). In addition to facilitating FDI and DDI, the collaboration also aims to promote outward investment to national entrepreneurs.
By utilizing BNI’s extensive branches network both domestic and overseas, investors can take benefits from the availability of information related to investment opportunities as well as various banking transactions and services required along the process. BKPM and BNI will also provide information exchange through seminars, market soundings, business forums, and mission/delegation visits of government agencies/investors.
